Every product page lists its voltage and power. Many smaller machines run on 220V single-phase, while larger ovens, mixers and cooking lines often need 380V three-phase, and gas models need an LPG supply. Our load calculator adds up a list of machines and suggests a breaker size, and an electrician should confirm the final design.

Gas usually gives faster heat and lower running cost where LPG is easy to get. Electric is simpler to install and control but needs a strong supply. Each product page shows which energy source the model uses.
