What we collect
When you request a quotation we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, city, business type, timeline, any message you write, and the equipment you list. When you request after-sales service we also collect the equipment model and serial number, purchase details, the address of the equipment, and any photos you upload. If you subscribe to news, we collect your email address. We also keep your IP address and the page your request came from with each quotation or service request, to prevent abuse and to understand which pages help. Words typed into the site search are recorded without your name or IP address, so we can see what visitors look for.
Why we collect it
We use your information to reply to your request, prepare quotations, arrange and carry out service, keep a record of what we agreed, and contact you about it. We use your email for news only if you subscribed. We do not sell your information.
On your device
Your quote list and your compare list are kept in your browser's own storage so they are still there when you come back. Nothing in them is sent to us until you submit a quotation request. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The one exception is the map: it is only loaded if you press "Show the map", and then it is served by Google, which may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. The "Open in Google Maps" and "Get directions" links take you to Google Maps.
Who sees it
Your request is seen by our sales and after-sales staff. It is stored in our business system and sent by email to our team. We do not share it with anyone else, except companies that host this website or deliver our email, who handle it only on our behalf, or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep quotation and service records for as long as needed to serve you, to meet our accounting and legal duties, and to handle warranty and follow-up. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have errors corrected, object to how it is used, withdraw your consent, and ask for it to be blocked or deleted where the law allows. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
Photos you send
Photos attached to a service request are stored privately and used only to assess your request. Please do not include people or personal documents in them.
