What it is
A panini grill presses and toasts sandwiches between ribbed hot plates, giving grill marks and a crisp crust.
How it works
Top and bottom plates heat together, and a hinged lid presses down on the sandwich. The ridges leave marks and the pressure melts and seals the filling.
