What it is
An electric boiler or urn heats and holds a large quantity of water at temperature for hot drinks service at events, canteens and offices.
How it works
An immersed heating element brings the water to a boil, and a thermostat keeps it hot. A tap at the front dispenses without opening the lid, and a sight glass shows level.
