What it is
A steam bun cabinet holds steamed buns, siopao and dumplings warm and moist in a glass display so they sell at the counter.
How it works
A water tray at the base is heated to make steam, which circulates through the shelved cabinet. The humid heat keeps dough soft without drying it out.
