What it is
A juice dispenser serves chilled juice, iced tea and other drinks from transparent tanks with a tap. Guests pour their own, so staff spend less time serving.
How it works
Each tank holds its own drink, cooled by a refrigeration unit, and an agitator in the tank keeps juice and pulp mixed. Glass-style dispensers on a tray sit on the table and rely on ice inserts or pre-chilled drinks.
