What it is
A popsicle machine freezes juice or milk mixes into ice pops using a chilled brine bath and moulds.
How it works
Moulds filled with mix sit in a refrigerated bath that freezes them from the outside in. When frozen, a warm rinse frees the pops from their moulds.
How to use it in the kitchen
- 1
Fill the moulds and insert sticks.
- 2
Lower moulds into the cold bath.
- 3
Wait for freezing.
- 4
Lift out and release the pops.
