What it is
A dough sheeter rolls dough into an even sheet at the thickness you set, and is essential for laminated dough like croissants and puff pastry.
How it works
Dough travels on a conveyor belt between rollers set to a chosen gap. Passing it back and forth reduces thickness gradually, and a folded, chilled dough with butter builds layers.
How to use it in the kitchen
- 1
Dust the belt and dough with flour.
- 2
Set the roller gap to start thick.
- 3
Pass the dough through and reduce the gap in steps.
- 4
Fold, rest and repeat for laminated dough.

Questions
Table or standing?
