What it is
An ice maker produces clear ice for drinks and display, in the volume a commercial kitchen or bar needs every day.
How it works
Water is frozen on an evaporator plate and harvested into a storage bin. Integrated units keep everything in one body, while split units put the compressor and condenser away from the ice bin.
How to use it in the kitchen
- 1
Connect water and drain.
- 2
Switch on and let it complete its first cycle.
- 3
Use the ice scoop kept for the purpose.
- 4
Keep the bin door closed.
Best for

Before you buy

- Check water supply and drain.

Care and cleaning
- Sanitise the bin and interior on schedule.
- Change the water filter.
- Clean the condenser.

Questions
Integrated or split?
