What it is
An automatic donut machine drops batter rings into hot oil, flips them and delivers them cooked, making donuts at volume with less labour.
How it works
A hopper deposits batter into a heated oil trough, and a moving mechanism turns and moves the donuts through the oil so they cook on both sides.
