What it is
A citrus juicer squeezes fresh orange, lemon and calamansi juice without bitterness from the peel, for juice bars and breakfast lines.
How it works
Halved fruit is pressed over a reamer or cut and squeezed by a mechanism that extracts juice while keeping the rind separate. Automatic models feed whole fruit from a hopper.
