What it is
A commercial blender blends smoothies, frappes, soups and sauces, and crushes ice, at a speed and durability home blenders cannot sustain.
How it works
A powerful motor spins sharp blades in a tall jug at high speed, pulling ingredients into a vortex. Models with a sound cover reduce noise at the bar.
