What it is
A juice extractor separates juice from fruit and vegetables at high speed, for fresh juice bars and breakfast service.
How it works
Produce is pushed through a feed chute into a spinning grater basket. Centrifugal force throws juice through a fine strainer while pulp collects in a bin.
